100 Scientific reasons to NOT eat eggs, beef, chicken, ……..

 

Thought I would share Dr. Robert O. Young’s Blog Post on Articles of Health. If you value your health at all, this is worth reading. If you have to eat meat, use it a more of as a garnish and even then eat it only every now and then.  This is a must read it you care at all about your health.
